Scope and acceptance
The written proposal defines functionality, pages, content, integrations, revisions, testing, launch support and acceptance criteria. Features not included in the agreed scope require a separate estimate and approval. The client must review deliverables and provide access, content and approvals in time for the agreed schedule.
Hosting, domains and providers
Ownership, billing and ongoing administration of domain names, hosting, email, APIs, software and SaaS accounts are defined in the project agreement. Unless expressly included, third-party subscriptions, usage fees and renewals are the client's responsibility. Third-party downtime, API changes and policy decisions are outside our direct control.
Maintenance and security
Post-launch maintenance, updates, backups, support response times and security monitoring are provided only if expressly included in a support plan. The client is responsible for credentials, lawful content and timely updates for accounts it administers. We do not guarantee a website or integration will be free from all vulnerabilities or interruptions.
AI and automated messaging
AI-generated output and automated messages can be inaccurate or inappropriate. The client should approve intended uses, provide lawful training or reference material, monitor important responses, and offer human escalation when appropriate. WhatsApp and other messaging deployments depend on provider eligibility, consent and platform rules.
Handover and rights
The project agreement determines source-file delivery, licenses, ownership of custom work and rights in third-party components. Payment obligations, third-party license restrictions and existing Paid N Grow tools remain applicable. For clarification, email paidngrow@gmail.com.
