Roles and purpose
For direct website enquiries, Paid N Grow generally decides how contact information is used as described in our Privacy Policy. For information handled on a client's behalf in a campaign, website or integration, the client may determine the purpose and lawful basis; project-specific responsibilities should be agreed in writing before access is granted.
Access and safeguards
We aim to limit access to people who need it to provide services, use appropriate account permissions, keep credentials confidential and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized disclosure or loss. The precise technical measures depend on the project and provider. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Client obligations
Clients should grant only necessary permissions, use their own secure account controls, maintain lawful consent and notices for data they collect, avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data, and tell us promptly if access should be changed or revoked. We can discuss additional contractual safeguards where a project requires them.
Incidents, retention and requests
If we become aware of a material security incident affecting client information, we will assess it, take reasonable containment steps and notify the relevant client as required by the agreement and applicable law. Information is retained or returned according to the agreement, legal obligations and our Privacy Policy. Requests and suspected security issues can be sent to paidngrow@gmail.com.
