This policy applies to visitors of the Paid N Grow website, people who contact us, and representatives of businesses considering or using our marketing, creative, website, WhatsApp or AI-related services. If a client's own website, advertising account or application collects information, that client's privacy notice may also apply.
Information we receive
We may receive your name, business name, email address, phone number, project requirements, messages, files you send, and information needed to scope or deliver a service. When you visit our website, standard technical information such as IP address, device/browser details, referring page and usage information may be processed by hosting or analytics providers if those tools are enabled. We do not ask for sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary for a specific engagement.

Why we use it

A client's use of Meta, Google, WhatsApp or other platforms is also subject to those platforms' own terms and privacy notices. Providers may process information outside India; where applicable, we take reasonable steps to limit access and protect it. We do not sell personal information.
Retention, security and your choices
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, the client relationship, dispute resolution or applicable legal and tax obligations, and then delete or de-identify it when practicable. We use reasonable access controls and safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed secure. You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent where applicable; legal or contractual obligations may limit a request.
Children, third-party sites and changes
