Your materials
Clients retain ownership of materials they provide. By providing content for a project, a client confirms it has the rights and permissions necessary for us to use, adapt and publish it for the agreed purpose. The client is responsible for claims arising from unauthorized or unlawful materials it supplies.
Project deliverables
Ownership and usage rights for final approved deliverables are set by the written project agreement and may depend on full payment. Drafts, unused concepts, pre-existing methods, templates and internal tools remain with their respective owners unless expressly transferred. Stock assets, fonts, open-source software and platform materials carry their own licenses.
Portfolio use and concerns
