These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PNG Paid N Grow website and services. By engaging us or using the site, you accept these Terms.
1. Services
We provide UGC, reels, social media management, ad shoots, and related growth marketing services. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are confirmed in a separate proposal or invoice.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate brand details, assets, and approvals on time.
- Hold all necessary rights to material you supply (logos, photos, music, scripts).
- Make agreed payments on schedule.
3. Payments
Unless stated otherwise, work begins after the agreed advance is received. Outstanding balances are due on the dates noted in the invoice. Late payments may pause delivery.
4. Intellectual Property
Final deliverables become yours upon full payment. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and case studies unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during the engagement confidential.
6. Results Disclaimer
We work hard to deliver strong outcomes but do not guarantee specific results (views, followers, leads, or revenue), as these depend on factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific engagement in the preceding three months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
