We want every client to feel confident working with us. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations are possible.
1. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel an engagement before any work has started, you may request a full refund of the advance within 7 days of payment. After this window, advances become non-refundable.
2. Cancellation After Work Begins
Once production, planning, scripting, or shoot scheduling has started, the advance is non-refundable. We will, however, deliver any work already completed.
3. Monthly Retainers
Monthly retainers (SMM, content management) can be cancelled with 15 days' written notice. Fees for the current cycle are non-refundable, but services continue until cycle end.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed deliverables that have been approved or used.
- Third-party costs already paid (ad spend, stock assets, location, equipment).
- Custom strategy, scripts, or creative briefs already delivered.
5. Refund Process
Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
